Delivery time

All our shipments, both national and international, are made by the GLS transport agency. From La Casa del Jamon in Ronda and Marbella we promise to deliver our products, within a period of 24 to 48 hours within the peninsula, whenever possible, for islands the time can take from 3 to 5 WORKING days, not counting holidays or weekends, and in these cases delivery the next business day. The delivery time for shipments abroad, as long as they do not leave the European Community, will be from 5 to 10 working days depending on the country.

REGARDING SHIPMENTS TO THE ISLANDS (MALLORCA OR THE CANARY ISLANDS) THEY ARE SUBJECT TO D.U.A TAX WHICH MUST BE PAID BY THE BUYER AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN TRANSPORTATION. THESE SHIPMENTS WILL GO WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE INVOICE, WHETHER THEY ARE GIFTS OR PURCHASES.

SINCE MARCH 15, 2020 AND DUE TO COVIP-19, LA CASA DEL JAMON, WE DO NOT TAKE CHARGE OF THE DELAY IN DELIVERY OF ORDERS BY OUR TRANSPORTATION AGENCY. THESE CAN HAPPEN IN THE DELIVERY EVEN OF THE 48 HOURS.

Delivery conditions

Deliveries will be made to registered customers in our store and to the address provided in their customer file. Delivery may be made to another address if provided by the user at the time of purchase.

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the provisions of the contract, you have a period of fourteen (14) days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of withdrawal. and return of the product.

In the event that the product is finally returned, we will refer you to our contract withdrawal form to formally collect your return request. Subsequently, we will indicate the procedure to return the product to us, such as the means of transport, product packaging, refunds, etc.

The product must be in perfect condition and with the accessories or promotional gifts included if applicable. Once the package or box is received at our premises, and after checking its status, we will refund the customer the amount of the order according to the payment method used for its acquisition, and within a maximum period of 14 days from when we receive the notice of withdrawal.

We will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement of the same (if applicable). The refund of the amount will only be made when we cannot replace the item with an identical one in perfect condition. The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to an error on our part, some flaw or defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs that you would have incurred. to return it to us. The return will be made in the same way that the payment was made.

We promise to return any product as long as it has a defect for consumption or generated by transport, not being due to poor handling by the buyer. The return postage will be borne by the buyer.
