We can taste it by opening the top cover of the cheese, taking it out with a spoon or spreading it on toasted bread, although it also offers multiple applications in the culinary field. This cheese is made from raw sheep’s milk, pressed by hand and elaborated with artisan care in the traditional way. Its flavor is mild but very personal and persistent on the palate, with hints of the countryside due to its vegetable rennet, and its very creamy, almost liquid texture, the result of a daily and continuous turning, which melts deliciously on the palate.
