83% tempranillo / 11% syrah / 6% garnacha – non-crianza wine

Made by bleeding the must of several grape varieties, this rosé is expressive and fresh, with a wide range of aromas that make it very original and complex.
Alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature (15°C) allows the aromatic fraction to be maximised. The wine is made in concrete tanks to obtain great complexity and greater colour stability.
The result is a nose full of fruity nuances (raspberry, strawberry, even citrus notes). The balanced and intense palate is characterised by an extraordinary acidity and a long finish. An estate rosé wine, which is considered by the specialised press as one of the best in the country.
