Manual harvest, entry into the winery at 12 degrees to increase the extraction of varietal aromas. Direct bleeding to reduce the increase in colour, temperature control, alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures with selected yeasts for 11 days until the complete transformation of its sugars. Malolactic fermentation begins.
Tasting notes
Colour: Rosé with salmon and violet tones. Clean and bright.
Nose: Medium intensity. Notes of white flowers, small red fruits and citrus fruits combine to give rise to this delicious nose. With aromas of wild roses.
Palate: Great balance, it is fresh on the palate and very elegant, maintaining the acidity and persistence at the end of the palate, nuances of rose petals.
