Taste: Intense and velvety, with soft and well-balanced tannins. The palate is tasty and deep with a lingering finish. It is expressive and elegant, with abundant fruit and a complex minerality typical of the petit verdot variety.
Thanks to its porosity, the amphora allows the tannins to stabilise and polish, unlike the barrel, the expression of the variety remains much purer. With a very small production, Tadeo Tinaja is a wine of character, which makes us discover a new facet of Petit Verdot, more fruity and with a very suggestive mineral touch that the elaboration in these barrels gives us.
